Contact Men's Wheels

One email address, what to put in your message, and what Men's Wheels can and cannot help with.

If you need to reach Men's Wheels, this page has everything you need. Most messages are about something we published on car care, road safety, road trips and motorcycles, a correction or a follow up question, and those are the ones we turn around fastest.

Email us

info@menswheels.com

A single address, deliberately. Splitting it into support and sales and press inboxes would just mean three places for a message to get lost.

If we got it wrong

Point at the error rather than describing it in general, and we will deal with it fast. The mechanics, including when a change gets a dated note, live in the editorial policy.

Things we cannot help with

Some requests we simply cannot take. Chasing a company on your behalf, fixing an account we never issued, or ruling on a situation only you can see all fall outside what a publisher does. Men's Wheels covers car care, road safety, road trips and motorcycles in general, and the legal notice marks the boundary.

How long a reply takes

Two or three working days is normal. If a week passes with nothing, assume the message went astray and send it again rather than assuming we ignored you.

How to write a useful message

Detail up front is the whole difference between a quick answer and a fortnight of clarifying questions.

  • What you need, in one line. Everything else can come under it.
  • The address of the page in question, copied rather than paraphrased.
  • Browser, device and a screenshot if you are reporting something that looks broken.

Proposals and press

Proposals go to the one inbox like everything else. We take on very few, and we say no to most, so check the editorial policy before investing effort in a pitch.
